Suncor Energy is seeking a Data Strategists to join their team in the London Trading Office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years work experience in crude and/or refined products market fundamentals, with specific knowledge of European oil market fundamentals.

The salary for this position is approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team with a diversity of skills and expertise, working regular hours (40 hours a week, Monday to Friday) with potential for extended work hours based on business needs.

Key responsibilities include continually analyzing oil fundamentals, developing a global oil supply and demand balance, highlighting trading opportunities, and contributing to tool improvements and data gathering. Proven modeling capabilities and knowledge of data mining and modeling methods are essential for this role.
