Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality administration services to support the People & Culture function in-store.
  • Provide administrative support to the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with local employment legislation and best practice.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve the administration of People & Culture processes.
Requirements:
