Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Assystem. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that quality standards are met;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality plans and procedures;
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality procedures and best practices;
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Proven experience in quality management and control, preferably in a large project environment;
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, process management, and industry standards;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools;
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
- Practitioner Grade Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) or equivalent engineering institute;
- Qualified to (preferably engineering) HNC/Diploma/C&G level as a minimum;
- Apprenticeship in an engineering discipline;
- Formally recognised qualification in Quality;
- IRCA Registered Lead Auditor (Role Dependent);
- CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector (Role Dependent);
- Internationally recognised NDT Qualifications in Radiography; Dye Penetrant; Magnetic Particle; ultrasonics. Minimum level II (Level III desirable) (Role Dependent)
Please note that the post holder will be a direct report to the Quality Function management structure within the Client Project Team and as such will fulfill a key role to ensure compliance and maintenance with quality arrangements across all aspects of project execution.
The Assystem position of Senior Quality Engineer aligns to the NNB/HPC Client roles of:
- Senior Quality Engineer (On-site & Off-site);
- Surveillance Engineer (On-site & Off-site);
- Bulk Inspector (On-site & Off-site);
- LTQR Manager;
- Senior NCR Facilitator;
- Senior Auditor.
