Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Abel & Cole. This is a full-time dayshift position, Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an effective facilities maintenance, projects, and Hygiene support to the operational and facilities equipment across the Andover sites.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
  • Deliver effective facilities maintenance, projects, and Hygiene support to the operational and facilities equipment across the Andover sites.
  • Support Site Services activities across all sites and provide support and direction to the Facilities and Hygiene team.
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are in place and regularly reviewed.
  • Maintain GXP, specifically cGMP standards.
Requirements:
  • Maintenance/Facilities/mech/elect background (preferred - C&G apprenticeship or equivalent experience).
  • Project Management experience (preferred - Prince 2 Foundation/Practitioner/APM).
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
