Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Merchandiser to join our team at McCormick & Company, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major supermarket retailers, ensuring the availability and presentation of our products on store shelves.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage store contact relationships with major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA, and Morrisons.
  • Utilize technology to maintain product availability and record excellent execution in-store.
  • Collect and deliver stock to stores daily to ensure 100% product availability and compliance with store plans.
  • Take full responsibility for maintaining accurate store records, including inventory management.
  • Support other brands within the McCormick family as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Hold a full UK driving license and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Enjoy working independently and being out on the road.
  • Be confident in using technology and have a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or hospitality is an asset.
