As Fabrication Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining master schedules, monitoring workshop utilisation and ensuring seamless coordination between workshops and installation sites.

You will use your expertise to drive efficiency, streamline operations and help M2P grow while keeping projects on track.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage data and reporting effectively.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and manage master schedules for fabrication projects.
  • Report progress for active projects to keep all teams aligned.
  • Integrate fabrication and installation schedules for smooth execution.
  • Monitor labour requirements, utilisation and productivity in our workshops.
  • Develop schedules for upcoming tenders and report on the project pipeline.
