Job Title: Building Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our client's team in East Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a proactive surveying service, providing detailed assessments of property conditions, and identifying potential defects and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a proactive surveying service to ensure the maintenance and modernization of residential properties and accommodations.
  • Provide detailed and objective assessments of property conditions to inform decision-making.
  • Identify potential property defects and issues, and consult on necessary repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with future energy standards regulations to modernize properties.
  • Apply knowledge of housing health and safety regulations to ensure a safe living environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering surveying services, with a focus on residential properties.
  • Strong understanding of property condition assessment and defect identification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders.
