About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at a wonderful primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and experience working with children with ASD and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a child 1:1 in Reception class
  • Work alongside professionals including speech therapist and Occupational Therapist to deliver interventions in the classroom
  • Create support materials and resources to address gaps in the child's learning
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation
Requirements
  • Advanced DBS and understanding of safeguarding
  • Minimum 2 terms of classroom experience as a TA or teacher in a mainstream primary school or Early Years' setting
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting children with ASD and ADHD
  • Ability to create support materials and resources
