We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Full Stack Developer to become a founding member at our tech start-up. Our unique product provides simulations of safety critical IT systems failures to train and drill reactions from those responsible for incident response, enhancing efficiency and minimising downtime.

As a Principal Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge product. You will work closely with our team to identify and prioritise features, and ensure that our product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using TypeScript and React
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise features
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our product
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Principal Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React, and related technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
