**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team in Bedford. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion. This will involve conducting legal research, providing accurate advice to clients, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to progress transactions effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years' experience working as a Residential Conveyancer.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Possession of relevant legal qualifications (such as Solicitor, CILEx or CLC) is essential.
