We are building a large-scale network of 100% renewable powered, free EV charging stations to make charging more convenient, fast and affordable. The ideal candidate is a deal-focused professional with strong origination skills, able to navigate complex transactions and proactively solve issues in collaboration with JOLT's teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Acquisition: Identify, secure and manage high-potential sites in collaboration with owners, land agents and property managers.
- Commercial Negotiation & Legal Documentation: Collaborate with legal and development teams to finalise agreements with landowners and other stakeholders.
The Salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

This role requires a background in commercial site acquisition within out of home advertising, EV infrastructure or a similar field. Proven track record of managing multiple projects with a focus on negotiation and delivery is essential. Strong analytical skills, IT proficiency and project management skills are also required.
