Senior Reward Manager/Head of Reward

Platinum Search is seeking an experienced Senior Reward Manager/Head of Reward to lead the reward function for a leading global luxury brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial approach and enjoy leading a team to shape the future of the brand's reward philosophy and deliver innovative ways to attract, motivate, and retain colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the global reward philosophy framework
  • Analyse and interpret data, reporting key themes and making recommendations
  • Implement change through engaging stakeholders and driving HR transformation
  • Carry out salary and benefit benchmarking and manage the annual reward cycle processes
  • Support Senior leaders who sit on Remcos
  • Build Reward capability across the group

This is an exciting time to join the business, which is undergoing a period of change and transformation. The successful candidate will have a strong global Reward background, experience across the whole spectrum of Reward specialisations, and strong managerial experience. Previous experience working with Remcos and internationally is also essential.

Salary: £100-£130k + excellent bonus and package. This role is London/Hybrid (3 days in the office).
