Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Process Quality Lead to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the quality function and ensuring that production processes meet the required standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a technically demanding Quality Department, including knowledge of both ISO9001 and AS9100 standards. You will also have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team to achieve best practice.

Responsibilities:

  • To operate within a dynamic and complex manufacturing environment, ensuring that production processes deliver products that optimise quality and technical compliance against commercial requirements.
  • Experience of managing a technically demanding Quality Department including knowledge of both ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
  • Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
