Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Waiting Staff member at the CBS Arena. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Serve a range of food and drinks to guests, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Take orders from customers and process transactions efficiently.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
    • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant environment is essential.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
    • High standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Availability
    • Able to work evenings and weekends, including public holidays.
