Chauffeur

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Minibus Driver to join our team at AD WARRIOR.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Operate college vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and secure transportation experience for our students.
2. Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle checks to maintain the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.
3. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of vehicles, both inside and out.
4. Assist and supervise passengers as needed, providing a supportive and caring environment.
5. Perform any other reasonable management requests.

Requirements:

• Valid UK D1 Minibus Licence.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Positive collaboration and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to work confidently with young people.
• Conscientious, approachable, and flexible attitude towards working colleagues and the workplace.
• Agree to attend a First Aid course.

Working Arrangements:

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns. Term-time only, approximately 35 weeks per year.

Remuneration:

£15.10 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
