About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Tesco team as a Colleague. As a Colleague, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to create a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and other payment methods.
