New Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team and provide support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent care and support to our service users, promoting independent living skills and working in a person-centred way. You will also assist the Registered Manager in general care and health care administration matters, including cover for staff holidays and other absences.

The Role:
  • Providing care and support to adults with profound learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Assisting the Registered Manager with care and health care administration matters
  • Promoting independent living skills and working in a person-centred way
  • Actioning and working with care and support plans tailored to the needs of each individual

You will also be responsible for supporting staff with personal care needs and ensuring that they have the necessary training and support to complete their tasks.

We are looking for a positive, proactive, and passionate individual who has a desire to support vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work in a person-centred way and ideally have experience of working in the social care sector, preferably in a similar setting. A Level 3 in Health and Social Care is also desirable.
