Salary:
The salary for this role is £12.40 - £13.35 per hour, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights. This competitive hourly rate reflects our commitment to treating all employees fairly and equitably, regardless of position or tenure.
Job Description:
As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
- Efficiently managing deliveries and maintaining store stock levels
- Offering friendly and professional assistance to customers at checkout and throughout their shopping experience
- Baking fresh goods for our bakery section
- Maintaining the appearance and organization of our Non-Food aisles
