Pharmacy Director

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our Pharmacy team at Spire Southbank Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation, clinical requirements, and accepted professional and ethical standards.
- Offer advice and support to consultants, other clinicians, and patients while ensuring the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
- Lead, motivate, and effectively manage the pharmacy team by providing excellent leadership.
- Advise on the safe management of medicines to the hospital and its departments while staying compliant with current legislation and professional standards.
- Promote a patient-focused multidisciplinary approach to delivering an efficient, high-quality healthcare service.
- Be GPhC registered, with no restrictions or conditions on your registration.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of post-graduation experience in a hospital environment at ward level.
- Analyse clinical and management problems and come up with viable solutions.
- Work as a practitioner in and across multidisciplinary teams.
- Challenging consultants to influence evidence-based practice.
- Share evidence-based practices with colleagues to enhance service and standards.
- Experience of working in partnership with consultants and participating in creating innovative solutions for the service.
- Experience of clinical leadership, e.g. developing peers.
