Exciting Opportunity for a Skilled Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Innovate Recruitment Ltd. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong electrical maintenance experience and the ability to fault find and carry out non-complex mechanical repairs.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. A strong background in electrical maintenance with experience working in high-speed manufacturing environments
  2. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  4. Familiarity with industrial settings, such as factory maintenance, plant equipment, manufacturing, or production environments
  5. A desire to develop, learn, and grow within our established team and business

Daily tasks will include all aspects of typical maintenance engineering, including fault finding, troubleshooting, PPMs, installation works, reactive repairs, and corrective measures.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a mature environment with excellent company culture.
