Job Opportunity: Treasury Analyst

Hutcheon Mearns Limited is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's cash flow and liquidity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Group Treasury Manager in managing short and medium-term liquidity through accurate cash flow forecasting and cash management.
  • Work closely with regional finance teams to understand funding requirements and assist in meeting intercompany lending and liquidity needs.
  • Manage day-to-day cash management, including repatriating and transferring balances to ensure Group funding requirements are met.
  • Support the development of Treasury operations to deliver transactions required to meet funding of payables across multicurrency accounts.
  • Prepare cash flow presentations for the monthly Board Pack.
  • Utilize borrowing facilities and execute trades for term deposits and FX to maintain Group liquidity and headroom requirements.
  • Support the preparation of weekly cash reports, noting reasons for variances and managing cash repatriations where surplus liquidity is held.
  • Facilitate the opening and closing of bank accounts.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Treasury/finance role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to drive initiatives and be a problem-solver.
  • Able to prioritize and work on own initiative.
