Fussy is a pioneering D2C brand on a mission to banish single-use plastic from the bathroom. As our new Ecommerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our ecommerce strategy and driving business growth.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing our ecommerce plan, working closely with our Head of Growth to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Shopify and Recharge, as well as experience with data analysis and insights.

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum is on offer for this position, along with a range of benefits including regular team socials, flexible working hours, and a generous holiday allowance.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ecommerce professional to join our team as an Ecommerce Manager. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce management, with a strong understanding of data analysis and insights. They will be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and will have experience with influencer marketing tools such as Saral and Archive.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy, working closely with Head of Growth to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the website using Shopify, ensuring all pages are up-to-date and following SEO best practices.
  • Oversee subscription management solution using Recharge, covering subscription workflows, cancellation flow, bulk updates, and account management portal.
  • Determine and manage merchandising, copy, product collections, and setting stock levels for new product launches.
  • Plan and execute site promotions, managing discounting and pricing strategies.
  • Manage web development workflow, prioritizing bug fixes, site optimization, and new web features, liaising with CX, brand, growth, and operations teams.
  • Monitor website performance and optimize customer journeys, utilizing data and analytics to identify trends and insights.
  • Work closely with growth teams to identify opportunities to drive new customer acquisition.
