We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and enhance productivity across our facility.

  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational issues
  • Train and mentor staff on lean manufacturing principles and best practices
  • Lead projects to improve efficiency and productivity, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
The Ideal Candidate

A successful Lean Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • Experience in implementing and improving lean principles in a manufacturing site
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and train staff
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
