About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer in Early Years Education to join our team at The Bedford College Group. As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, shaping their future careers, and contributing to the success of our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching programs in Early Years Education, ensuring students achieve their full potential.
- Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and support students in achieving their academic goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes, ensuring our programs remain relevant and effective.
- Participate in marketing and promotion activities to attract students and promote our programs.
- Contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods and materials, enhancing the student experience.
About You:
- You hold a Certificate in Education qualification or are willing to work towards it.
- You possess Level 4 (and above) qualifications in Early Years or Primary Education related studies.
- You have experience in the Early Years or Primary Education sector, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
- You are proficient in English and mathematics, or equivalent, and are willing to achieve English and mathematics Level 2 within one year.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- You are a team player, with a strong commitment to student-centered learning and continuous improvement.
