Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a Sales and Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Assist with the coordination of sales activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Process and manage sales orders, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and procurement strategies, working closely with the sales team and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or procurement environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
