We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional New Homes Director to join our team at Spicerhaart Land and New Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in the Land and New Homes sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements
