NED Trustee – Fitness & Wellbeing North-West:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our board as Chairperson, driving strategic growth and fostering strong relationships with local councils and stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organisation, working closely with the CEO and executive team.

About the Role:

  • As a seasoned C-Suite or NED professional, you will bring expertise in leading and motivating diverse communities through periods of change.
  • You will possess exceptional integrity, corporate governance acumen, and the ability to drive organisational excellence.
  • A key requirement is your capacity to commit to quarterly board meetings and conduct annual performance reviews of Directors.
  • Experience working with local councils and communities is essential, along with a minimum term commitment of 3 years.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our organisation.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
