Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Job Description:

We are proud to be working in partnership with excellent mainstream schools in the Northwich area who have opportunities for Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join them on a long-term basis. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside a range of talented staff on a journey to support individual pupils with a range of additional learning needs (ALN).

Job Specification:

Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Daily Rate: £90 – £110/day

Location: Northwich area

Duration: Ongoing

Full-time/Part-time: Full-time

Hours: 8:30-3:30

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, leading group activities in core curriculum areas
  • A relevant qualification in a related field would be an advantage, but is not essential
  • A valid enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate on the update service or a willingness to obtain one via Suppleo Education
  • Introduction to Safeguarding – Available FREE via Suppleo Education
