Job Title: Deputy Theatre Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Theatre Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Group plc. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will be responsible for supporting the effective management of our theatres, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective theatre management strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure seamless delivery of theatre services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze theatre performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Spire Healthcare Group plc policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in theatre management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement changes to improve theatre performance.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Spire Healthcare Group plc policies and procedures.
