Job Description

Lancessoft Ltd is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborating closely with the OH Clinical Team and other departments to deliver high-quality services.

Job Purpose:

  • Support the Service in delivering evidence-based, customer-focused OH services across the entire Occupational Health function, meeting business needs in all aspects of service provision.
  • Work closely with the OH Team to achieve strategic and operational objectives for the UK OH/Health and Wellbeing function.
  • Apply specialist knowledge in key areas of health surveillance and capability assessments, collaborating with the clinical team regarding outcomes and compliance, and acting within the policies and procedures of the service.
  • Undertake health surveillance and capability assessments in line with service guidance and protocols, working with the business to ensure compliance.
  • Work within the medical records data software system, adhering to strict processes and procedures, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in running onsite EHW OH Departments and the UK EHW Service Centre, following OH processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct health surveillance and capability assessments (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, vision testing) and collaborate with the business to ensure compliance.
  2. Generate OH metrics, supporting the OH Clinical staff in demonstrating the value of the function to the business, and analyzing data to identify workplace hazards and improve employee performance and wellbeing.
  3. Implement and support projects that align with the wider Health & Wellbeing/EHS strategy within the UK, being accountable and supportive of the team.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
