Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Construction Health, Safety and CDM Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Health, Safety and CDM services across the Midlands. Your main duties will include providing CDM advice and support to Clients, ensuring projects comply with CDM 2015, leading risk responses and plans to eliminate risks on projects, and co-ordinating and delivering meetings as required throughout projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement Health, Safety and CDM strategies for Clients.
  2. Conduct site visits to monitor compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  3. Lead near miss and accident investigations where required.
  4. Review and provide feedback on Construction Phase Plans.
  5. Prepare and produce Pre-Construction Information.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new legislation and Health and Safety legislation.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualifications, ideally holding or progressing to Diploma, Degree level. Principal Designer, CDM accreditation, qualifications, and Chartered status of a professional construction-related body are preferred. APS Membership is also desirable. A proven track record of providing CDM support and advice, comprehensive knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, and demonstrable experience in either construction site safety or design are required. Estimated salary £55k - £65k.
