Leadership Role in Financial Services
We are seeking an exceptional Leadership Role in Financial Services to join our team at MyJobScotland. As a key member of our Health and Social Care Partnership Finance Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial services.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead the preparation and submission of annual accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement budgets, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action as necessary.
- Prepare and submit various annual government returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes access to training and development opportunities, you will also receive a bonus scheme and generous pension contribution.
