Job Title: Speech and Language Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who require support with their speech and language skills.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with students who have speech and language difficulties, providing individualized support and guidance to help them develop their communication skills. This role is ideal for a graduate who is passionate about working with students and has a strong desire to make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with speech and language difficulties on a one-to-one basis
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to improve students' communication skills
  • Work closely with Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Use creative and imaginative approaches to engage students and promote their learning
  • Assist with the preparation of resources and materials to support students' learning
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Speech and Language Therapy)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience, kindness, and flexibility
  • Professional attitude and approach to work
