A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team at Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists, where you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective paid media campaigns.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns, including PPC, display, and paid social, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing.

This role involves developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to achieve maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Serving as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication, and providing performance updates, strategic recommendations, and insights.
  • Conducting thorough research into relevant keywords and audiences to inform targeting strategies, focusing on culturally relevant content for French-speaking demographics.
  • Managing and optimizing campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI while staying within client budgets.
  • Continuously monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, optimizing bids, ad copy, and targeting to achieve desired outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  • Preparing and presenting detailed performance reports for clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Working closely with creative teams to develop engaging and culturally relevant ad copy and creatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in a performance-driven environment or agency setting.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong experience using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
  • Client Management: Excellent communication and client management skills, with experience working with French-speaking clients or international markets.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum based on experience.
