Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain dining and service areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Serve food in correct portions and wash dishes, cutlery, and other catering equipment.
- Collect cash and bank takings, maintain records and procedures, and undertake key holding responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate regularly with customers, managers, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Previous catering experience in a similar environment is desirable, but not essential.
- Basic Food Hygiene and Health and Safety certificates are also desirable, but comprehensive training will be provided.
- Adequate numeracy, literacy, and communication skills are essential.
