About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to join our team in Aylesbury, working 30 hours per week. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities for elderly residents in a care home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a range of activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents
- Work with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of care services
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Experience of planning activities for elderly residents in a care home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
