About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Operations Senior Executive to join our team at OMD EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing clients' trafficking, measurement, and tagging, ensuring effective execution of digital display and video campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing clients' trafficking, measurement, and tagging to ensure accurate campaign execution.
  • Translate media plans into ad server configurations, including creative details and analytics tracking.
  • Manage taxonomy URL building and assign creatives to media placements.
  • Collaborate with Brand Safety partners to wrap tags when required.
  • Contribute to data integrity management across digital activity.
  • Conduct QA/testing of tags to ensure accurate setup and troubleshoot when necessary.
  • Manage creative/ad tag distribution to stakeholders/media partners.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver responses to briefs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with client service teams.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous exposure to trafficking, reporting, and tagging, with a strong knowledge of Ad Operations. You should be comfortable using Excel and able to handle large sheets of data. Knowledge of ad verification and brand safety tools is also essential.

You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail, strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills. You must be able to self-prioritise tasks and manage multiple campaigns. Previous experience in a media agency managing a large international brand/account would be beneficial.
