Job Overview

Ashdown Group is recruiting a Cluster Human Resources Manager to play a pivotal role in driving HR excellence within the hospitality sector.

About the Role:

  • Reporting directly to the Group HR Manager, you will oversee HR performance across all hotels, collaborating closely with General Managers to align strategies with business goals.
  • You will spearhead the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • As an HR generalist, you will manage various administrative duties while supporting the HR function's overarching objectives.
  • You will conduct interviews and recruitment activities to attract and retain top talent, contributing to building a skilled and diverse workforce.
  • You will lead and participate in engagement projects to create a positive work environment that boosts employee morale and productivity.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have CIPD level 5 or above, proven experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a track record of implementing successful HR initiatives.
