About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing support to service users to access opportunities and enhance their skills and experiences
• Supporting service users to monitor their wellbeing and health
• Providing support and guidance to service users in a variety of settings
• Working collaboratively with other teams to provide a comprehensive service
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary range from £23,400 to £23,790 per annum (FTE)
• NVQ salary enhancements up to £1,000 per year (FTE)
