We are seeking a skilled Workshop Maintenance Specialist to join our engineering team at our Durham Depot. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of the workshop, maintaining machines under repair KPIs, and undertaking routine and complex repairs to machines at the depot.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • IPAF Operator Licence.
  • Relevant general engineering maintenance qualification, preferably to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience of completing complex engineering repairs.
  • Experience in diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics fault finding.

As a Workshop Maintenance Specialist, you will be an ambassador for and ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety standards, and policies. You will also be responsible for accurately completing all relevant paperwork, using the company's engineering system/application.
