We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Manager to join our team at Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council. The successful appointee will be responsible for leading a team of social workers and support workers, providing guidance, support and leadership in the assessment and care management process.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

">

The salary for this role is approximately £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful appointee will also receive a range of benefits, including 26 days' annual leave (rising to 31 after 5 years' continuous service) plus statutory holidays, flexible working arrangements, and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
