Lidl Retail Shift Manager Job Description
**About the Role**
As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will play a key part in maintaining our high standards day after day. You will motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles, and swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks to ensure shifts run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Motivate and support your team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
* Effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team to succeed
* Create an environment where colleagues can thrive and develop themselves
* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
* Provide an exceptional customer experience every time

* Extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts
