Tyre Fitting Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a skilled Hub Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our mobile tyre fitting service, ensuring seamless delivery to our customers. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will enable you to mentor and support our team of tyre fitters and technicians, promoting a high-quality and cost-effective service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify training needs and develop team members
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points held for at least 12 months
  • Working hours 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and on-call at weekends on a rota basis
