Facilities Maintenance Role

beBee Professionals in Fylde is looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance professional to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, and ensuring all machinery functions efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to prevent equipment breakdowns.
  • Equipment Management: Collaborate with production teams to manage equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure all machinery complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve them promptly to maintain production efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Prior experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, comprehensive health and pension benefits, ongoing training and certification programs, and a dynamic work environment.
