Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our EMEA regional marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness across the UK, Europe, Latin America, and US Offshore markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive interest in our products, and support sales and retention activity across each market segment.
  • Oversee the delivery of online and offline advertising initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and tactics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant marketing experience within the asset management industry, including direct contact with Sales and in-depth knowledge of the Sales process.
  • Proven ability as a results-oriented leader (prior experience in a management role essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting at senior management level.
  • Demonstrated people management skills and prior experience managing a team.
