Salary: £24,000 per annum plus uncapped commission pay

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Education Advisor to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our education services and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit international students and contribute to the team's sales targets
  • Plan and execute recruitment and marketing activities to promote our services
  • Provide professional consultation services to students and deal with their enquiries
  • Liaise with universities and students to track applications and arrange interviews
  • Visit students off-site for counselling and information sessions
  • Participate in recruitment events and provide information sessions at regular company meetings
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses

Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent sales skills and strong direct marketing skills
  • Strong sense of market knowledge and ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Responsible, mature, reliable, and honest
  • At least 1-year experience in the education consultancy industry
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
