Salary and Benefits
The estimated hourly rate for this role is £14.85, based on the location and requirements of the position. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
Job Description
As a Care Assistant with Care By Us, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. You'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and supporting them with their medication. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
