We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Internal Sales Team in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, setting sales goals, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), developing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets

  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

  • Develop and implement plans to increase conversion rates and improve sales performance
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in internal sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide strategic recommendations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in the catering or events industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not essential
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates
  • Experience as a player-coach, with a strong ability to motivate and lead a team
  • At least 3 years experience as a sales team lead
  • Ability to maintain 50-80k per rep per month as you grow the team

**What We Offer**
