About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone's BRAND NEW Gentian Place development in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of homeowners.
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
  • Continuously grow skills and knowledge to lead by example and think on their feet.
  • Make a positive difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Senior Care position, with a L3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Excellent care skills and a warm, friendly, and organised approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary of £14.47 per hour (day rate) and £11.82 per hour (sleeping rate), plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
  • 33.5 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends available.
