MacKenzie King is proud to be working once again with a trusted international business based in the Ipswich town centre. This role will make up part of a small, specialised team made up of long term, supportive colleagues managing portfolios for a number of businesses within the group.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive Ledger Management: Responsible for the active management of payable amounts (inwards balances) on designated accounts spanning multiple portfolios. It is essential to proactively manage this portion of the ledger, rather than relying solely on reactive behaviour.

- Cash Posting and Reconciliation: Ensure that all cash received is posted to the ledgers and reconciled with technical transactions, preferably within 30 days of receipt. If cash cannot be cleared, a reason for non-clearance is to be detailed within the accounting system and referred to the technical department for assistance when additional processing is required.
- Debt Risk Management: Ensure that all debts are considered to be a potential risk to the company and the escalation procedure is followed.
- Project Involvement and Reporting: Involvement in projects and reporting as and when these are agreed with the business.
